From Mimicry to Autonomy - A Performance by Rhett D'Costa

mimcry.jpg
Join Rhett D'Costa for a performance in three acts in response to the photographic works in his exhibition.
Accompanied by readings from his own writing, the artist will move from the pictorial space of the photographs to the performative space of the gallery, signalling  a shift from  colonial acts of mimicry to claim  a sense of representational autonomy.
